1-2 cloves of garlic (depending on how much you like garlic)
2 tbsp dijon mustard
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp hickory liquid smoke
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1 cup vegetable oil
2 tbsp of Mr. Bevis Rub of choice
1) combine ingredients and place into a ziploc bag / container
2) place steaks into same ziploc bag / container
3) place in fridge and let marinate over night or roughly 24-ish hours. flipping halfway through.
4) pull steaks out and place on grill/smoker
BONUS) sauté the onions for a garnish or side!
