The Bevis Bloody Mary

1. Cut lime into wedges. Squeeze a lime wedge around the rim of the glass.

2. Press lime-juiced rim into a healthy amount of a Mr. Bevis rub of your choice.

3. Add 1.5 scoops of ice into glass

4. Add 2oz. vodka of your choice

5. Add 1tblsp. pickle juice

6. Add .5 tblsp. jalapeno juice

7. Add .5 tblsp. worcestershire sauce

8. Add .5 tblsp. liquid smoke 

9. *optional* Add 1tblsp. barbecue sauce of your choice for thickness (that's how we do it in Kansas City!)

10. Lightly sprinkle Mr. Bevis rub of your choice into drink and stir thoroughly.

11. Fill to the rim with Bloody Mary mix of your choice and stir thoroughly

12. *optional* Garnish appropriately
